if morrisons try customer service , detalis should be on there websitenictrinwyn wrote: »Does anyone know who to email to complain about coupons not being accepted? I gave a printed morrisons one to my friend and she had it refused because it was a printed one. I feel really bad for her, whenever I get a good deal I tell her about it and it never seems to work out for her. I used one from the paper and intend to use a printed one myself. Feel I should complain on her behalf as I know she wouldn't bother or know what to say. Thanks anyone that can help.0 -

Had a great day with Mocs....Went into Mr T's today armed with quite a few. On a £67 shop i managed to get is down to £33. The SA was so nice too, asking me where I got them all from, and that i had got some products for free. She also told me to take one of my coupons down to customer services that wouldn't scan and they gave me £1 in cash
Plus I got my petrol till spit so saved on petrol too.
On the down side Superdrug wouldnt accept my MOC for the dettol handwash, but they were very nice about it, expaining that as it wouldnt scan they couldnt take it. I wasn't too dissapointed because of my Mr T's result
Oh and If anyone will be shopping in New Look up untill end of June if you pick up an instore mag there is a coupon in the back for 20% off.....they are usually conveniently situated next to the till0 -
In case anyone isn't aware the professional ;)marketing bods at Tesco have erred again, and have advertised the DTD price guarantee TODAY on the bottom of another advert in a national daily/comic.
Tesco customer services have agreed on twitter to honour it for anyone "affected"
:beer:It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)
If you use the "search this thread" button at the top of the page, you may find it's been answered already!;)0 -
Quick question.......... what is Tesco policy on overcharging? Straight refund, double the difference? I may be wrong but I remember a long time ago you got a refund and the product for free
