Hi I used some vouchers in tesco yesterday for fairy original and fairy gel and put receipt in pricechecker, but my T's always keeps receipts with RTD voucher, but I want to send for the free audio book and try to claim the £5 back(can't find link at the minute though) but they all want original receipt is there anything I can do.
    Sorry if this is confusing.
Also thanks to everyone for posting mocs, watched extreme couponing yesterday, wish I lived over there or they had same amount of coupons over here:rotfl:
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

:Tto this, i am only new but i am loving the advice, expecially like this, i am new and i wanna save for a looooong time so doing things like this wouldn't be good for long term and for others!!
    to newbies
    we know you are new
but please don't multi print coupons.

    read BW post here
If you look at the pin no underneath the barcode they will all have the same one. It is the same as photocopying them as they will only get the money back for one of them and any smart SA will refuse the others and may even accuse you of copying them:eek::eek: It is easy enough to just put another email address in. so please don't be lazy folks, just re sign up if you want another coupon;)

Changed from IE to Firefox on my main computer and cannot print any coupons at all...can print no probs with laptop using Firefox....given up now....time for a cuppa
Updated IE and mocs printed ....leaving both FF and IE on PC now, and will use IE for mocs and FF for surfing net and other stuff as prefer FF, but use laptop with FF just about all the time these days as hubby has made me a great tray that fixes across my recliner chair , and holds laptop and mousemat, so can use wifi mouse...can comp in comfort downstairs...he has taken over upstairs office ( with PC in it) as his fly- tying room now...bits of fur and feather everywhere....going to bank Velvet cheques this afternoon and will call at Morrisons and new Sainsburys....don't want to spend too much as need diesel sometime soon , so will be forced to T's for 5p coupon...

I had a very profitable day at Asda (makes up for yesterdays mini trouting)

Used 3 x £5 Huggies newborns coupons - went through at £5 so made £6 profit

Anyway, bought 3 huggies newborns boxes, 2 finish quantumatic, 6 cartons of cranberry juice on offer for 2 for £2, 10 large packets of Haribo sweets (reduced from £1 to 25p) and about 20 various easter things, which included 4 boxes of galaxy eggs, and 4 packets of mini cadburys eggs.

Used 3 Huggies coupons, 2 finish and 5 wombled receipts - total to pay .70p

SA was very pleasant, didn't rush me, and no moaning about coupons. Great shop.

Milly, write to HQ - they are not supposed to keep any of our receipt. Like you said you need your receipt to send to elsewhere. Here's my email reply from them :-

Subject: Re: Email to Tesco Chief Executive's Office

Thank you for your email to our Chief Executive's Office, to which I have been asked to respond.

It is concerning to learn that the Checkout Assistant has kept your original receipt when redeeming your price check voucher. I appreciate this must have been quite inconvenient for you because you had purchased an item of clothing that you may need to return. For this I am very sorry.

I have contacted the store and made them aware that this was the incorrect process. We ask that all receipts are signed after the price check voucher has been redeemed. This is to prevent people from abusing the spirit of the scheme. However, this Checkout Assistant should not have been informed to keep your receipt.

All stores are given the same brief to follow and I apologise if the xxxxxx store has not been doing this. All staff members that are unsure of the procedures relating to price check will be fully briefed again to prevent an incident like this occurring.

Thank you for contacting the Chief Executive's Office and allowing us the opportunity to clarify this for you.

    Kind Regards

    Louise Skelly
    Customer Service Executive

This only happened to me once - hence my email to HQ! I also printed the email out (delete the ref number & your email address) & gave it to my regular customer service desk - infact they know that they are not supposed to keep customers receipt. Its just the Checkout supervisor(s) who are making the rules as they go along!!
