Thank you so much for your suggestions Aesop, I will certainly give it a try. Feeling very tired now and I was so fed up with my laptop that I have packed it away for tonight and I am off to bed in a minute. Not sure if I will get a chance to try again tomorrow but if not I will certainly try Saturday and will let you know how I get on. Thanks again.
Eventually found time to try my laptop again tonight after having problems printing the "SafeCoupons". Thought I would just try printing a coupon before trying your suggestions Aesop (a coupon that I didn't really want so as not to waste one), and low and behold it worked!:j Didn't actually do anything to the computer other than to give it a rest, and it now seems to be fine, I even managed to print 4 more Finish coupons so really pleased!:T I shall keep your suggestions close to hand in case I have any further problems - thank you very much for your help.
Last weekend I managed to womble £5.50 worth of APG which I subsequently used in Tesco yesterday but as the SA didn't sign the receipt I used them again today in Asda, so double their value!:j I also wombled 3 more receipts which I will be able to check tomorrow -fingers crossed!0 -

Did u mean asda? they are reduced to £5 in asda at the moment so you get them for free with the £5 voucher :j0

Ive used my vouchers now, but im sure the ones i printed off asda baby club website said '1 free huggies newborn starter kit' and was only available to spend at asda, so if they were £5.50 i would imagine they would have to take the whole amount off? although i do remember seeing on the voucher something about worth £5.
I dont know, my brains fryed today lol x :rotfl:
I asked this question a few weeks ago, and one of the peeps on here went to asda and bought the newborn box. It was £5.50 and the coupon actually says a maximum of £5 leaving .50p to pay. So the best thing to do is get them now before they go back up.:):):):)

oh forgot to tell you about my shananigans today!!!
took my innocent wee neice and mum shopping...:D:D:D:D;););)
1st Asda, bought 4 boxes of huggies starter packs, loads of whoopsied bread and reduced stuff, threw couple 5 packs of chewing gum also reduced, total bill £21, paid £1 cash , wombled 2 receipts, just input one of them onto asda pricecheck and £4 voucher!!!!!:T
2nd Tesco, all did near identical shops as hadd SSM coupons, bought 2 each of the ariel stain remover, fairy liquid, lenor, febreze, pilgrims cheese, total bills were spot with DTd vouchers only 30-50p each to pay.
3rd Sainsbury's AT 3.50PM, we literally raced to Mr S and grabbed some venus spa razors and fairyliquids and went thro SS doing each item seperately, was parked in S loading bay or would have checked for whoopsies, oh well never mind.
Both mum (who has been abroad and totally missed DTD) and neice gobsmacked at paying only a couple of quid for the whole afternoons shoppping!!!
You guys have been an inspirtaion, many thanks again!!
There is life after DTD I have changed my signature!!!!!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
BYATT
sending you a big hug, when our 1st rabbit took ill then died (was losing weight and becoming weaker) , useless vet did nothing and never found out what was wrong with him-all he could say was perhaps its brother is more pushy and eating all the food, just seperate them!!, absolutely useless, we cried for weeks as it died shortly after, it was a baby as well. I felt like going back and having a major go at the vet but couldn't bring myself to.
I am in the medical profession and if i ever make a mistake the 1st thing i do is hold my hands up and apologise. Most of the time it is all patients want to hear. These days people are so fearful of litigation they become very defensive and afraid to admit to an error.
Ps anyone noticed lots of coupon finds being posted on the grabbit board recently and vice versa a few things mentioned on here that I already knew and seems some peeps weren't aware of (eg 1p tesco spreadsheet etc). Lesson learnt ->post everything you know-even if you think other probably also know, someone somewhere maynot and benefit!!!!
Thank you celebrate. That's all I wanted, was an apology. :A
Ditto your PS, I have been assuming everyone is looking at the other threads so haven't wanted to repeat them as I wasn't sure of the etiquette.0 -
Just wantched Extreme Couponing and I know I love using coupons but, boy, are they obsessed.
I have a good supply of certain things, domestos for example, I probably have another year or two's supply.
But one couponner had a wall of toilet rolls, enough to last, I am sure they said 100 years, and another one, enough toothbrushes to last 30-40 years.
There's a difference between stocking up a few months or even a years supply but these people have a problem. One said she would leave her "stock" to her favourite child. Another has to have extra insurance on their stock.
One woman said got to look for the best cashier, don't go to the older woman, look for the young lads they are more easy going. Seems some things are the same here. lol

CW My DD pointed out that woman is just saying "avoid the trouts" in a much more polite way.So your answer don’t be scared of failure
For the only failure is never to try
