Quiet Rental Market

Hi Dummie
I was in the same position as you last year and was starting to panic as well when it suddenly all went quiet. We found a place through an ad in the local paper in the end but also had major success with https://www.houseladder.co.uk - I think a lot of people on there are private landlords so we would have escped the agents fees if we'd gone via that. No trouble with viewings etc. There's nothing in Farnahm at the moment but it may be worth keeping an eye on it.Proud to be Dealing with my Debts:D

Many thanks.
yellow pages might be a good start?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
my experience of looking for Rentals is that it's the worse overpriced rubbish that hits Rightmove and stays there - often for months at a time.0
