Hi Everyone. I seem to be getting into some tussles with my IVA people! To cut a very long story short, I have proposed a modification to my IVA and get it paid off pdq (New job, better money) but with conditions (ie any money from overtime goes directly to the lump sum in year 4) etc etc. I haven't even been contacted about my proposal. They are claiming they are wanting money until the end in the form of lost interest etc, even though I am offering to pay back something like 97% of the total now on an accelerated timetable. My case advisor forwarded it to my IVA practitioner 2 weeks ago (apparently) and whenever I ring up to chase my case advisor is never there. It is now at the point where I wish to start making formal complaints about both the company and the IVA practitioner. How does one go about this ? Thanks 13000

Hi. I would advise the first thing you do is give them a ring and ask ( nay.. DEMAND) to speak to the IP personally. If they refuse ask for details of their regulators ( which often produces the desired response, as no IP wants a compalint running with their regulatroy body). Best of luck.0
