Try entering your code twice. I've just bought several tubes and 4 of them have the same code. Entered them into the website and they've accepted them.

It's a pretty naff device - it does NOT need the Pringles can to act as a sounder, and sounds the same by itself on a ledge.

Also the frequency range is limited with no bass (with or without the can). As you still have to pay postage, the only saving grace is that you get a free set of batteries.

As Pisco says , the codes aren't unique so once you have one try using it again.
