And if it's amplified, does that mean it needs a power supply or batteries?

I thought it was just a replacement lid with a speaker in it, not so sure now??

Mine arrived today - it comes with batteries

It's the same size as a pringle lid - looks like a speaker - pop in the batteries - pop it onto the empty pringles tube - plug into MP3 player/phone (anything with a standard 3.5mm jack) - and boogie

DS1 collected, ordered and received the pringle speaker. Now I need to buy some more for the DS2 and DD as they were so impressed.

can you please tell me, what actually IS that special promotional seal? say I'm holding a can in my hands, facing drawn speaker towards me. Where do I find that seal? Thanks in advance.

The promotional seal is the seal at the top of the can which you need to peel to get at the crisps. It is black and yellow.

I'm quite pleased with my speaker, it's perfect to just leave in the car so you've got a speaker wherever you go and would be great for the beach.
