We're with Sainsburys... think the dog's about £15 a month, and the cat's about £14 but she's an OAP now (we whisper that as she hasn't got the memo yet).

Please remember that you have to pay an excess amount with every claim, sometimes a new excess each time your policy renews. This excess is to be paid directly to the vet, even if your vet is claiming the rest direct from the insurance company. We get more problems and complaints about excesses although this is nothing to do with your vet, it is between you and your insurer. If in doubt, give the insurance company a ring0
