Thanks. The money was refunded but it did take several phone calls.

Also we did not really see why we should have needed to upgrade as from previous suppliers and our own monitoring we could see we were not going over our limit. But as BT refuse to give proof then we had no choice.

Personally I think I should be that unless they can prove the usage then the extra does not need to be paid.
