Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of their parents or guardians. Any prizes won by participants under the age of 18 will be presented to the parents or guardians. The competition is open to anyone apart from employees of Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH (Shuttle), Shuttle Inc., affiliated companies and partner companies as well as their family members or other persons (and their family members) directly involved in the administration and execution of this competition.
The competition is subject to German law.
Participation in the competition is limited to 1 entry per person / e-mail address. Multiple entries for the same name or e-mail address will be disqualified. E-mail addresses will be checked in terms of their authenticity and must therefore be correct. Participants in this competition agree to Shuttle publishing the names of prize winners. Competition rules included on the competition page form part of these competition rules.

Personal details of participants will NOT be used for subsequent marketing purposes, nor will they be passed on to third parties. No purchase is necessary to take part in the competition. All competition forms sent in accordance with the rules will be entered in the prize draw. The winners will be drawn at random from all entries after 9 May 2011. The prizes will be sent free of charge and may take up to 30 days to arrive. Submitted competition forms become the property of Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH and will not be returned. Shuttle accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the non-receipt of any competition forms. Duplicate or bogus applications will result in the exclusion of the participant from the competition.

Participants agree that, insofar as permitted under German law, Shuttle Computer Handels GmbH, its parent company or subsidiaries, advertising agencies and all associated senior managerial staff, directors, employees, representatives and agents are not liable and shall not be held responsible by the winner for any legal infringements, loss, costs or damage caused either completely or partially, directly or indirectly as a result of acceptance, ownership, use or misuse of one of the prizes or parts thereof or as a result of participation in this competition.
