Claiming from Cahoot

Hi there
I wondered if anyone has had any luck claiming back bank charges from Cahoot? I have two current accounts and a flexible loan with them so I'm a little hesitant claiming from them while I still owe them £5000 or so.
I've also recently become redundant and struggling through the process of setting up as self employed so it'd really hit me if it all went wrong. That said, I could really do with the hundreds they've charged me over the past few years!
All the best
