very noisy Beko washing machine, can anyone help?

Hi I have a Beko WM5120 washing machine just coming up on 2 years old and it makes a terrible clattering sound on washes. No noise on spins. Its less when something heavy is in there but still makes the noise. I argued with comet and beko about it as it did it during the warranty and they came out to sort it, but 2 weeks later out of warranty it did it again and they refused to help unless I paid for a callout. So I had an independant guy come see and he said it may be the belt, he replaced it, all was fine, but now it's doing it again!! I have posted a video on YouTube, so if anyone is genuinely well up on Beko washers I can PM you the link. Any help gratefully received.
