Lovely items, thanks for posting, but can't justify the cost right now! 5.05% Topcashback if that helps anyone.

I should point out that cashback is not payable from White Stuff if you use a discount code of any kind - including a free delivery code. Your purchase will track but it will declined! I believe this is true of both TCB and Quidco.

I'm not sure that's always true - I've always used codes with WS (can't afford it otherwise!) and I've always been paid cashback. I say always, but it was twice, Quidco both times. :)

But thanks for the heads up in case it does happen. :)

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".

I am quite a regular shopper at WS, you used to be able to get away with codes but I've had every cashback request (via Quidco) rejected in the past 6 months so I think they've gotten stricter recently (I always use codes too!).
It is often worth paying for delivery if you are spending more than ~£80 as the cashback is worth more than the postage will cost you! :)

Well as someone warned i got an email this morning saying only one item had been despatched and not only that but it was the wrong picture on the despatch note....

I've spoken to them about it and they've apologised i should have received an out of stock email and the top is the one i've ordered....I've had to choose something else very quickly and they can't despatch it till tomorrow so it may come too late for what i want it for so all in all i think both my items will be going back....:(

I said there had been problems before and they said something about they were looking into their system or something the usual ramble....

I emailed CS to ask whether it is possible to exchange unsuitable 'free' items from the online promotion for the original sale price in-store (since stock levels on line are too unpredictable to ensure exchanges can be made). I received one email back yesterday saying yes this would be fine. And then another today saying no, they could only be exchanged online..... ho hum!

I would print out the e-mail that says yes and bring it with me to the store and try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
