Be warned although White Stuff is lovely, the sizing is all over the place - to the point where I no longer buy online as it ALWAYS goes back. There are also issues with low cut fronts and too-tight sleeves.

If you do buy online, read the reviews for each item carefully to see if it is coming up big or small. During the winter I spent ages trying things on in one of their shops and ended up with a size 10 skirt and size 16 top. I am a regular size 14 normally in tops and bottoms. It's a real shame as they do have some great things, but all in all, a bit of a lottery.

Edit: Jewellery, tights, scarves, bags and other accessorites is probably a safe bet!

Funny you should say that, my mum said the same thing. I find the blokes stuff pretty safe though - remember the shirts come in classic and slim fit though. Bit cheeky but if you spend over 100 you get free returns, so if you're unsure just get different sizes, safe in the knowledge it won't cost you a penny to return them :) - I used this trick at Christmas, had the bonus of being able to offer people an alternative size to their present straight away, they were well impressed!

I must admit I do the same thing but just be careful with the BOGOF sale things. I know in store that you won't get a refund for the free item - you can only exchange it for another sale item. I'm not sure if it is the same online but I guess it is pretty likely. I guess it might get tricky to exchange online as the sale stuff is bound to go quickly.

I have been tempted to order some stuff online but I am not prepared to risk it - I think I will probably end up without the freebies!

Having said all this there are amazing bargains to be had.

Just FYI, I don't think the £100 free returns rule applies anymore - you get free returns regardless. I've always been able to return stuff, no matter how much or how little I've spent. :)

As the other poster said, there's a free delivery code, which is why people were making lots of small orders to make the most of the BOGOF offer. :)

I was responding to the person who said "if you spend over 100 you get free returns" - which isn't the case. You get free returns regardless. :)

Yeah I forgot that! - Also two of the orders I made ended up having out of stock items so I ended up making about 5 orders with some stuff ordered twice.
what happens to the buy one get one free offer when some of the items are out of stock does anyone know? and how do returns work ?

Returns have to be done by post. I'd imagine that if you send back the freebie you get nothing. If you send back the purchased item then you'd only be refunded the difference between the cost of that one and the cost of the other (ie, if you send back the £22 top then you'd get refunded £5 because you kept the £17 top which was initially free). But that's only my guess!

No idea about the out of stock, sorry.
