Panasonic microwave

I have recently bought a Panasonic NN-CT559W microwave which quickly developed a fault, midway through a program if the door is opened to turn the food and then the door is closed again the program cancels and the clock has to be reset. I've returned the original microwave but now the replacement has developed the same fault. Has any body experienced problems with this Panasonic model or recomendations of a good combination microwave from other manufacturers.
