    Morning all :)

Have a great day, Stitchy and DNMS!

I'm off to Butlins for a football festival today, so it's an odd sort of list for me:
    • checked online banking - transferred some money from holiday to current account
    • final bits of packing
    • we're taking lots of food and drink, so will only eat out once, I think
    • have filled up with petrol to save us having to buy any on the way there at an extortionate price!

That is just about it really. Have another great bank holiday weekend folks :D
2011 wins: 2 day gym membership, film download, NETBOOK!

  • Hi everyone

Q for U: Just realised I left chicken out on the side overnight  Just covered in tin foil... Do I need to bin it???

Might think of a few more xx

nah I'd test it and see how it is - no doubt it'll be fine so bung it either in the fridge for cooking with today or freeze if your not gonna use it up

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

    Hi everyone,

NTBY - Thanks for starting us off, have a good evening tonight!
Stitchy - Have a good time at the fun day!
Bexs - I've not really got any interest in the wedding tbh, I took a look at the dress & that was about it! Sorry you have to work today.
    DNMS - Welcome back :)
Elmo - Welcome! Hope you have a great day at the beach.

I'm still rolling on the highs of being free of my overdraft :D Hoping to go out later (but still sticking to a budget so I can say I'm debt free besides my mortgage in the not too distant future) & see some friends but not too sure what's happening yet.

    Today I have/will:-

    • [STRIKE]Heating off[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Food from stores[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Charge phone via pc[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Log calories on free app[/STRIKE]
    • Log any expenditure on free app
    • [STRIKE]Check for surveys[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Enter comps[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Leftover risotto for dinner - does anyone know if I can freeze this next time?[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Pop to Mr T's again to get my vouchers & a refund since I was charged twice for an item yesterday[/STRIKE] - Apparently Mr T's give you double the difference back :D
    • [STRIKE]Hopefully go for a run later if time allows, use free app to track pace[/STRIKE] - Going for a loooong walk instead, to town & back so saving on taxi fares too!
    • [STRIKE]Check emails & online banking[/STRIKE] - I absolutely love seeing that I am in credit in every single account I own :D
    • [STRIKE]Check cashback[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Check results of Mr T's price checker when available[/STRIKE] - Once again Mr T's is cheaper! Might have something to do with the value pasta I keep buying :o It is actually really nice for only 9p a pack!!
    • [STRIKE]Do something else productive instead of just sitting around....hmm.[/STRIKE] - Sorted OH's car & a couple of bits round the house
Have a great, moneysaving day everyone, & a fabulous long weekend x

    Hi everyone,
I`m working as usual today :( and as it is only a public holiday and not a bank holiday only on normal pay. On my split break at the moment and have got distracted by a jigsaw when I should be doing something a bit more constructive.

    Todays list:
    Drive carefully.
Try and sort stuff for boot sale on Sun.
    Meals from stores.
    Check banking.
    Check for surveys.
Go back to work later. :(

Have fun Determined and Stitchy and everyone else who has the day off!
  • really feeling for you aria's tail have a public holiday (((hug)))

Aww Thanks Determined, I`m just feeling a bit hard done by as the office staff have all got the day off but the carers still have to be out on shift! At least there isn`t much traffic to contend with, had myself convinced it was Sunday this morning!
