You have to be logged in when you reach checkout, then in the box marked "coupon redemption amount", highlight the 0.00 and press delete, then type in what value of the e-vouchers you'd like to use (doesn't have to be the full £5, or £15 or whatever).:rotfl:0 -

Arghhhh
Same happened with me...my original codes...I've emailed Yasmin/bluestar but nothing as yet...email not even showing a read receipt!!
Anyone else had a response please?0 -
Can someone also please confirm that I can use all of the vouchers at once and get a PS3 (when it comes out) or Xbox360?0

Finally got the working vouchers from bluestar after threatening to complain to hmv and O2 and she was rather rude to me in her email saying I was impatient !!0

HMV still have no stock of my DS Lite in White, ordered 10 days ago when the website said it should be 24hrs.
Called them today and was informed it would be after christmas
Its only for me, but a gift to myself.0 -
I contacted them again asking if I should complain to 02 or hmv and got this reply.
"Dear Sir/Madam,
I apologize for keeping you waiting, but due to the alarming number of people coming back to me with vouchers already claimed for, I have had to alert HMV and the guys behind this promotion to carry out an investigation.
We understand that most of you want these vouchers to use before Christmas, so they have agreed to send me some vouchers to re-issue you with this afternoon, which I will then forward onto you.
I want to thank you for your patience regarding this matter, and apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
Regards,
Yasmine"
So we shall see what happens.

am i right in thinking that once your hmv e-account is credited that there is no expirary date on their use.0
