Hi,

Mine did this last night and is now back to 'special order from supplier'. There service is really poor. I mean the thing that I have bought is not rare it could be easily got from one of their stores.

I wonder if I could phone them and ask for vouchers?

One thing I noticed in about a day & a half between two orders according to my order numbers HMV had 57,000 orders between these dates. This might not be correct but if it is thats a huge amount of stuff to ship, they could easily have a backlog of 100,000+ orders possibly.

Good point!!

I have four orders the first on 7th and last on the 10th and there are 53800 order numbers between! :eek:

I have a DS game on "open order" since Friday. Not too fussed if it ships any time soon, but it would be nice!

I've just phoned them and cancelled my order, ds white, it'll take 24 hours (max) for my E-wallet to be creditted, think i'll flog my e vouchers and let someone else have the hassle. I'll go buy mine from Asda, at least i'll get it today!

I cancelled a couple of things on the 9th and still havent been credited yet.

I also ordered some very mainstream dvd's and cd's on the 10th and the order has not even been processed yet.
