Transferring debts from my partners cards

Can you tell me if it's possible to transfer a credit card balance in some one else's name to a 0% deal that is in my name?

I would like to apply for a 0% balance transfer deal as I have a good credit rating. However the balances I would like to transfer to this card are in my partners name.

Is this even possible?

usually, yes you can do that as they usually only ask for the credit card number but you need to read the T&Cs

be aware that you usually can't BT between card in the same 'banking family'

of course the debt will then be yours
