I can't find my tariff on comparison sites
I'm on Southern Electric General Saver for gas, and Scottish Hydro Electric Domestic Standard for electricity. Neither of these exact terms seem to appear in the menus at either energyhelpline or uSwitch.
Am I missing something very obvious? Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

You do not need your current tariff to use comparison sites.
All you need is your usage in kWhs for the previous year and what you paid for that usage.
Then you work out what the cheapest tariff is for the next year.0 -

I couldn't find my tariff on uswitch because I was selecting 'variable' DD rather than 'fixed' DD for payment method. Once I changed this input, the tarriff appeared.0
