Ebay case opened - item now received -help!

I bought an item on 9th April from a business seller who states they send items out daily by 2nd class RM.
No item received or contact by 19th so I sent a message asking if the item had been dispatched, no response received no item received so yesterday I opened a INR case through ebay.
Today my item appears, which is great - it was posted on 20th April. I will now close the case but am struggling to decide what feedback to leave as I have still had no contact from the seller.
Any opinions greatfully received!

The dsr's are more damaging then feedback.
If the item is as described I would probably leave neutral. I know that doesn't make a difference to % but I often have a look at neutral & - fb. If several buyers report slow dispatch I would buy elsewhere.
Def low comms & dispatch stars.0 -
Items always turn up right after an INR claim is opened !
If you're happy with the item, I'd just leave one star for communication. It wasn't a terribly long time for second class.0 -
So they either forgot to post or have posted another after the first was lost in the post?
I suppose it depends on the item, do they sell loads and loads? If so, things do slip through the net and they probably get loads of questions per day.
Leave neutral and tell them to improve comms?Trying to spread calmness, understanding and optimism on MSE

Thanks for your assistance - it was the lack of communication - if they had just acknowledged it had slipped through the net, I wouldn't have hit the stars but they leave me no choice, is just plain rude!0

That's how I always feel. Everyone can mess up but it annoys me when they don't hold their hands up & say, whoops I've been stupid, sorry. Or words to that effect.0

It's a stupid thing to do, I agree.
In the (very) race instances I've made a mistake buyers have always been understanding.
Although normally I notice before they do0
