    Yes that's stoozing in the purest sense, spending on a 0% card, retaining your earnings in high interest accounts. The only 2 areas of caution are to make sure you are able to cover the minimum monthly payments on the card and make sure that you have access to your funds at the end of the 0% period to pay the card off in full.

    My trip to Halifax branch today was successful, had to field a few questions from the cashier (A: UK trip cancelled etc...), but funds are already showing in online banking current account, although not yet available for transfer. EDIT - as of 2/6/11 online banking shows funds available on 7th June - so a 5 day clearance, which I imagine must be standard.

    Further EDIT - Funds had cleared by 7/6/11, so transferred them instantly from HX current account to HX web saver. FD regular saver set up same day with first payment already in due out on 7th of every month from FD current account, so will finance this from the funds sat in the websaver. Entire process from first application for card took about 5-6 weeks (including a few bank holidays).
