All I am saying is that you are under the illusion that you are more than 5000 Euro better off because you assume the broker's rate is much better than your bank rate.
I have proved that you were quoted the wrong rate as all bank's rates are fairly similar - there is no way one bank would be 7 cents in the £ better than another one.
Using the rate of 1.47 how many Euros would you have got after you sent the original amount? This amount against the amount actually credited to your Spanish account is the difference.
So if you had sent equivalent of £100k the difference (forget the charges for now) would be 800 Euros - not the 5000 you are claiming - unless of course you sent £650k or more then your figures may be right.
I don't think you actually stated the amount you sent.
