Hello everyone,
I belong to a group that have been planning for a major event. It has been difficult for us to meet and some of the members were NOT checking their mails for update.
I just thought of a website or blog but felt everything discussed will be open.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks

You could have a forum set up. You would need a basic hosting package along with a domain name and of course the forum, but you could get this for £20.00Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0

I think you set up a closed group at: http://groups.yahoo.com/
But if people aren't checking their email then I'd imagine they will be even less likely to login to check a website.0
