Ford voucher

Hi,

I've signed for a new Fiesta Zetec for my wife (on options) which I am picking up tomorrow. I got a very good deal anyway so I'm not too concerned, but a work colleague has just mentioned that they could have actually got a Ford voucher for me from his grandad. Question is, is it too late now to redeem the value of the voucher now or could they still take it off the amount of finance I've taken out? If it is too late it's not too big a deal because the guy at Ford said he will more than likely contact me in 12 months to get a new car again for the same / less money so I could use the voucher then I assume!
