Well Kim I do not understand it..

Used the two links from the MSE utility page to access the two sites

Just repeated the process and whilst energyhelpline was the same result, uswtich was subtly different now recompensing that I go for OnlineSaver 3 Dual Fuel with EnergySmart; though it will cost me £85 a year more...

I have another month before I need to change, infact I think I cannot change before but would need to double check on that..

I took your figures but could not recreate any difference between the uSwitch and EnergyHelpline results. Are you sure you are including the same inputs?

I am not sure what you mean by
but if on that iteration you chose pay quarterly rather than direct debit then, yes, the suggested cost will be significantly higher.

I would suggest you consider nPower's Go Fix 5 tariff. For your useage it is the same cost as BG's WebSaver 11 but has the significant advantage of being a fixed price. (Although there is no guarantee prices will be going up I don't think anyone will be losing sleep betting that one of the current cheaper tariffs will become uncompetitive any time soon.) It is, though, a short fix.

Hi, OP you seem to be using an awful lot of electricity compared to your gas consumption, I would have thought with gas at 10,000Kwh/annum your electricity would be around 2000Kwh/annum not 7500Kwh as yours seems to be.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
