Well I was wrong with my claim of 2 NSD last time - I was actually on 3! Got another yesterday so now on total of 4 NSD.

Now off to see if I can find a car insurance quote that doesn't make me feel like crying...

I feel as though I am on track more now, although I am expecting the next few days to be spendies.

I seem so busy at the moment- no time to catch up with the thread or chat.

Less than 2 weeks until DH is made redundant Things will change then- no rushing home from work to cook the dinner- I will just pootle home and expect my dinner on the table as I arrive! :rotfl:

Evening all, folks! Now have a quite respectable 6 NSDs!!

Just another six to go...will I do it? Of course I will - slap me in the chops with the infamous (and by now completely minging) wet kipper if I don't.

Just like jaffacake, I too am scouring the net for car insurance quotes - my renewal has gone up 25% - whyyyyy? I have not claimed on it! And what about the no claims discount where you used to get some knocked off the premium each year? There is no mention of any money being taken off because of my no claims bonus - and what the hell is this £35 service charge all about????

I understand about inflation and all that, but why penalise careful drivers because of a few idiots? It's about time that insurance companies looked after their existing customers and stop just giving good deals to new ones.

Rant over, the Nargle swiftly returns to a state of normality. If that is ever possible in the land of Nargle.
