    Hello all, sorry I am not round much, work is being very nasty and I am flat out
    NSD on Friday
    GOt new guinea pig on Saturday who is the most gorgeous thing in the world
    NSD on Sunday
    Monday driving lesson
    and today I had a hideous headache so couldn't resist the lure of Cherry Coke from the shop £1.10!!!!!

    so I now have a total of 6 NSDs.

    just popping on here need a rest did 2 wash loads got towels all dry and then disaster the pipe behind the washing machine came off as my son was turning the tap off for me cos i'm having trouble bending me back so bad anyhow as he turns the tap off its leaking so he thinks it not off proper .....next minute pipe falls on floor hot water gushing everywhere:eek: i'm outside so i shout up to my daughter to turn taps on in the bath she did and it slowed the gush down so we could get te water turned off at the main which is right next to washing machine luckily but it wasn;t that easy son had to use pair of pliers as the handle for stop tap missing:mad: kitchen floor flooded :eek::mad: so ended up throwing all my clean bath towels on floorto stop laminate floor getting wrecked its bad enough but no need to make it worse its got to last a while longer now we had no water so i end up phoning my son in law i says to him i'm no plumber what do i do and he explained it to me, i couldn't find the ptf tape we'd used some 2 winters ago on outside tap how on earth am i gona remember where i put it 2yrs ago i have enough trouble remembering what i've got to do this year ......................
    two hours later and a temporary fix pipe still needs sorting but will need to wait till son in law kindly gets the ptf tape stuff and will be round tomorrow after work he's a good un now just got to finih drying kitchen floor its not level so water travels then recycling out and that will be enough exitement for 1 day i've earned a nice milky coffee and an hour with my heat pad for the old back

    oh and before i forget all the above resulted in another nsd so i'm now up to 9nsds
    2nd purse challenge no040£0 Sealed pot challenge ???? £2 trolley find not counting small coins till end year

  • Was going to be an NSD...but school fees bill arrived :( Boohoo...so cheque written and I figured may aswell get the bread and milk in today and make tomorrow another NSD...

    And another one :j:j That takes me to NSD #5. That's two in a row! Can't believe I'm half way to target only a third of the way through the month! Hope I can keep this momentum going!!! :D

    Need to run down supplies before I go on holiday so that's keeping me focused on using up what I've got in rather than shopping, but might have to get inventive over meal plans for the next couple of weeks :rotfl:

    Student again now and trying to fight the debts that are creeping up again :eek:

  • *Got to put on NSD hat on as no books to buy, App longings need to be budgeted for and clarified, and in theory Small shop can wait, but it has to be small not take up the whole trolley which I end up lugging home ending up with a bit of free weightlifting thrown in'
