    Good morning all!

#13 in the bag! No spends yesterday at all!
I'm back to work today so should have another couple today and tomorrow!
Darn it Keiss, I see I've missed out in the B&B Pud - I love that!
Also - great to see you back BMF - I'm up for the theme park outing, but I'll just hold the coats as I'm terrified of all those rides!
Thanks Spoon for the round up and to SF for getting the June thread up and running!

    Have a lovely day everyone!:)

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Phew!

After a week of lots of little spends finally reached my target. 15 for me today please.

Hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday. It has also dawned on me that in 4 paydays I will be debt free for the first time since 2004. No credit cards, no loan, a smallish overdraft of £200 that is not being used, and most importantly a small pot of savings. Wow.

I promised myself that I would pay the loan off early. Ok I had originally meant within a year of having taken it out, but that didn't work out. However to keep with the promise I made myself I'm going to pay it off one month early. Know that wasn't NSD related, but it's going to be weird. I've been in debt for so long, I've forgotten what it's like to have money myself, to spend and save as I wish.

    M&S £2878.22/ Natwest £3526/ Loan £405/ [STRIKE]Sofa £0[/STRIKE]/ [STRIKE]Ring £0[/STRIKE]/
    Savings £12.04
    NSD 3/10
    Total £6915.88

Here to declare 9 NSD this month........

Well done to all those who made their targets :D :T I'm going for a few more days in June as work is so busy now I won't get chance to spend..... (thats the theory anyway!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
  • Hi folks x

Didn't post yesterday - no NSD again as I went out with my sister for lunch for our birthday (we're twins) and we agreed that instead of getting each other a gift we would have lunch together and do a little bit of shopping... very MSE :money: and we had a great time!

I don't think I will be spending today as it is my birthday so my DH will pay for everything (bless him)

Hope you all have a great day :T

  • Haven't been called again (I'm getting VERY bored now!) although I've still got an hour til my on-call ends. Hopefully another NSD for me today... haven't got any money until tomorrow anyway so I'd have to spend on the cc which I'm desperately trying not to do. Thanks SF for starting Junes thread.

Instead of going to a commercial park, why don't we have a go at making our own? Tea trays down the hillside, spare wheel hung in a tree for a swing..bench from the dining room as a see-saw :D

CRAIG! Yes, of course! Thanks Spoon; I'll sleep a lot better tonight :rotfl:Richards kept popping into my mind, but I knew it wasn't Miss Brahms. And before anyone wants to speculate on age, I too settle down when those lovely gentle comedies of old are on the loop ;)

The Offspring are home safely & didn't come bearing gifts of any sort unfortunately. Shouldn't really have it but I was salivating at the prospect of a stick of rock or bag of honeycomb :( and on the plus side, I kept my nsd. So, Mistress Spoonicles, mark me up for 21..aye thangewe *bows deeply in Elizabethan-type acknowledgement*

Morning everyone NSD 18 today. Back from our London trip we had a great time unfortunatly DD's remebered that they fight and fought all the way back on a busy train:eek:. Other than the fighting it was great DD's spent all the disney store vouchers and have got some new things to play with. DD1 had her picture taken opening the store with another girl and the Disney store lady said she will send us some photos onto us so fingers crossed she doesn't forget. The hotel was lovely and we had a chauffer driven mercedes to take us to the disney store so that was an experience. What a fantastic month i have met target no 2 and will manage to sneak in another NSD tomorrow. I would also like to thank everyone for there kind words in wishing us well for our trip you are all so nice and friendly people.:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
