i've travelled numerous times through MAN, and have no idea what you mean by vouchers. There are multiple different outlets in each terminal that serve food and drink0

The Boots meal deals are pretty good as a carry-on, and as Mark said plenty of eateries if you want a sit-down. Overall, prices seem quite reasonable for an airport.0
