Balance transfer help

Hi guys, just got a quick question that I thought I'd ask for advice about before I go chasing up barclaycard.
Basically I requested a balance transfer of about £300 from my barclaycard to my halifax credit card. I noticed that it had gone through onto my halifax card via online banking, so I thought nothing of it. Now, a few days later than this I have checked my barclaycard and the amount that I transferred has not come off it, it's still there! Is this normal or should I be chasing up barclaycard?
Just for some extra info, I requested this balance transfer on the 19th and I think it was authorised monday of this week.
Cheers!
Simon
