Praise for oreck customer services

Praise must got to Oreck vacuum cleaners Customer Services (they are sold by QVC) down in Exeter. My handheld cylinder vacuum (bought as part of a package with their upright cleaner) developed a fault. Both of them come with a 3 year guarantee and I emailed their CS on the Monday who rang me the next day and arranged for pick up of the machine Wednesday free of charge. Then we had the Easter weekend, Friday to Monday bank holidays and today Wednesday it is back with me new motor installed and tested and the rest of the guarantee to run so they must have repaired it and sent it back to me within two days. Pretty pleased with that and they are excellent hoovers and the upright cleaner is only 400 watts.:T
