Weight Loss Scam

I have just fallen for a ridicuous weight loss scam and desperately need help.
I signed up for a free trial of two different weight loss pills, the only charge being the postage. It says on my invoice that I will be charged £2.95 for each one and that the charge will come off under the name pro pain and gives a ref number. When I received my bill though I have been charged £130.87 twice! Under a different comapany name and with a different reference. The telephone number for this company on my bill does not work.
I contacted my bank but they said as I signed up for a trial they do not have to refund the money, I explained it was for a different amount to a different company ( I also questioned why on earth two identical payments to a random american company wasn't queried as suspicious...) however they said it didn't matter as I entered my details and apparently somewhere on my product would have been an online login and, that if I had logged in, somewhere on the page would have been a clause saying if I didn't cancel I would be charged this amount. I did not receive my product before they took the money to do this though I don't know how I prove that.
Does this make sense and if so can anyone offer any advice? Do I have any chance of reclaiming my money?
Thanks

Go back on the websites you put your card details on and contact them. Their usual t & c's state that you can cancel within 72 hours, if you havent cancelled thats why you've been billed. If you cancel your agreement your credit card issuer can deal with any further debits by charging them back for you. They can also action a chargeback if you don't get the goods after 15 days.0

sounds horrible but whether you can get money back is probably going to depend on how you paid. Did you do this by direct debit, by credit card or debit card? .. and have you actually paid already o just had an invoice/bill requesting payment?0

Thanks for the advice, I've cancelled now and have cancelled that credit card. What I really need is any advice on how to get back the £261 they have already debited. I emailed the company but haven't received a reply and am not holding my breath. None of the phone numbers provided work.0
