Simple query. I made a claim for around £500 on my Co-op account around 18 months ago. Obviously with thE Court Case decision this was deferred and put to one side ( Needless to say they have never contacted me about it since). I recently recieved a letter telling me that their charges for unauthorised overdrafts/non-payments etc. was being reduced from £30 TO £15.In light of this is this not some sort of admission that they WERE overcharging and giving the green light for people to re-submit claims if only for half what they originally did.Just wondered if there was any sort of official guidance on this I have missed
