I came off my push bike yesterday. My helmet seems ok bar a small dent, i am though thinking about getting a new one. If so does anyone know which are the best helmets?

Cycling in London sure is a little crazy.

i dont know which helmet is best but I would definately replace it after a knock they are like car bumpers only designed to really take one impact..
perhaps pop into a local cycle shop where im sure the assistant would be happy to advise.

    What's comfy is best,

But I would start with Giro, they have a crash replacement policy although I think you probably have to really smack it not just a bump.

    Other wise BELL, or Specialized.

Yes, which ever you find comfy.

I've found different makes fit differently so try a few. Possibly in different shops as they will only stock from so many suppliers.

Specialized also do a replacement scheme, or at least they did. However, when I last replaced one, the only time due to coming off, the shop and I both agreed the scheme was too much hassle and come to a mutually beneficial deal.

In London why not go for a proper full face motorbike helmet ?. The chances of being knocked off are high and if your chin and nose hit the road at 20mph it won't be pretty.
