I had a right laugh today. I looked on there and top vile evil poster Bruce Spanner has moved the goalposts.
This was the man who said Decembers credit card bills would ensure homeowners got repossessed. Now the crash has been postponed until 2015 :rotfl:

Oh I love AU too, currently got every penny I have in mining stock esp RRR (bought at 3p), who are producing & investing in gold, but sit in a nice house too!
My point is many FTB's took advice fro hpc and if they took advice there my guess is they rented or still live with mum, not many will have stuck it in gold.

I had to switch to PMs as my ambition was to retire to Aberdeen. Silver's near 600% rise since 2007 has barely kept pace with the values of the fabulous granite city. Even the cheapest property is now over £1.2 million, & deservedly so.0 -
