    I do believe house prices still need to drop further yet I have never visited HPC which would welcome me form the look of it.

    With that Sibley I guess isn't welcome yet he keeps going back, Why?

    I don't see why sibley has such a hard on for the SPC sight. So some people think prices will fall, some think they'll rise and I dare say some think they'll stay about the same. Who cares?

    Eleventy Squillion, but that's only gonna happen when MY house is worth Twelvety Kajillion (aka 3.7 Googolplexes x salary).

    By that point the glorious era of HPI and free infinite money forever and ever (amen) shall have run its course and we shall become star beings, at one with the universe but still slightly annoyed/bored by amoral selff-justifying MSE bulls.
