Home Choice! Help!!

Hello Everyone! This is sort of my first message here...

I've got a problem with home choice and wondered if you can help me to show them they customer is always right!!

Im a poor person so I rent! when I moved to my previous house (just after I moved out my parents house) .... I was looking for internet deal and best I could find was home choice.. which offered me a free telephone and digital tv too...

so I joined them.. but after 6 months I had to move to new place and I called them up to move to my current address and they said you can't. But we move you and make a new contract for you for 12 months... Even though my contract is 6 months here.. so I have no idea what I have to do after that...

but the main thing is when I moved the internet or made a new contract .. apparently I have not mentioned that I want the free evening and weekend calls in my package too!! so every call I made was going through BT..

so I have been charged for it.. but When I called from my previous house I said I want to move my home choice.. and the customer service person moved everything I had from my previous address to current address... so the package they offer is 3 things for £17.99 ... how can they say you didnt ask for FREE phone call when its already in their package..

How can I fight this? its only £20 worth of phone calls but they are WRONG and I hate it when they dont accept that they might have made a mistake!!

I NEED ADVISE PLEASEEEEEEEE

Sorry but, unless you're prepared to take them to the Small Claims Court, the best I can offer is, pay the money, learn the lesson and move* on.

    * By that I mean go back to BT (BT Together Option 1, opt for online only billing and pay by DD - to get the price down to £10.75 per month), sign up for Primus Saver Option 2 CPS and 18185 and then click on the 'HERE' link in my signatuire below for some other possible ways to save on your telephony expenditure.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
