Bathroom Fan in loft

Does a bathroom fan have to be vented outside or can it be vented in the loft?
I understand an outside vent would be the better option but its not pratically possible!.
Does having the vent in the loft do any harm?
Many Thanks

Venting a bathroom fan into a loft will cause no end of problems, from dry rot to damp and condensation.
DONT DO IT!
You can get tile vents to be linked in with the fan. This is your best option but you may choose to get a good roofer to at least fit the roof vent.Behind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0
