I just want to share my terrible experience with this company who have messed me about for over 1 month. I know they are throwing money off vouchers around at the moment but I really woudn't use them - or accept that you may be in for a lot of hassle if you do.
Here are the facts
20th March - I placed my order
22nd March - payment taken from my bank account
1st April - I sent email requesting information as it hadn't been received
7th April - got a reply with entirely the wrong order details, name and even country
7th April - I sent a reply highlighting thier error and instructing to cancel the order if not already despatched
8th April - order despatched (allegedly)
9th April - receive a mail saying the order was despatched on the 8th
9th April- I reply asking why despatch the order after I instruct to cancel it.
11th April - I send in a complaint mail stating the facts. (Never responded to)
13th April - get a mail saying it was already packed so couldn't be stopped
15th April - I send a chasing mail as I still haven't recieved it
15th April - I get a reply blaming royal mail, and a form to fill in.
15th April - I return the form choosing refund rather than replacement
26th April - Still no refund so I chase again.
I have expressed my annoyance on numerous occasions, and have had one of two half hearted apologies in reponse.
Has anyone else had a bad experience with this company - if so how did you get your money back ?!
UPDATE 28TH
So I got no response on the 26th , chased again that night , and again yesterday. I have just got a reponse saying - " Thank you for your e-mail. I can confirm a refund has been requested and is due in your account within the next 3-5 working days"
so at least that's something. lets see if it actually turns up.
no apology, no acknowledgement that it obviously wasn't done at the time, no acknowledgment at all of the fact that i've had to chase this repeatedly over the last month. LAME.
