We have just downloaded the new Explorer and the following keeps popping up on sites and we dont know how to change it so that we can see the numbers/letters!

I hate those HIP things
There should be nothing to change. The numbers/ letters are simply an image file and so as long as you are seeing images on the website it should display... though as it is an image rather than text it may take longer to display.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
