Alpharooms booking

Booked 3 days in salou on the 17th may last night for 2 people (all inclusive,hotel calypso) £50 discount code got it for £220

So i had all the usual emails off alpharooms accomodation voucher etc, but theres no email from ryanair anywhere

the alpharooms emails tell me to login to the ryanair site with the info (date, email, departure airport) but ryanair comes back saying the details are incorrect.

Is this normal and i havent give it enough time or what any info would be much appreciated

Worth checking the hand luggage allowance if booked on Ryanair through an agent and don't have any hold luggage added in.
I almost booked a trip to Salou through a teletext holidays agent. The flight was Ryanair but on the phone the agent said there was a 5kg hand luggage limit - not the 10kg you usually get. They claimed the lower allowance was because of the deal they had as a booking agent - anyway 5kg is too low for hand luggage only trips so I booked myself and got the 10kg allowance. Having said that, even if such a scheme really exists, based on my experience with Ryanair flights I can't see how they would distinguish a 5kg allowance passenger from a 10kg passenger at the boarding gate? Anyone experience that?

ye i didn't choose to have any suitcases added, the ryanair T&C for hand luggage state 10kg each so thats plenty for us

gotta say ryanair are **** when it comes to booking though £30 charge for using a debit or credit card.

was going to get a prepaid cc but thought by the time it gets here prices may have changed

Did you book over the phone or internet with Alpha Rooms?
Give them a call and double check your details especially email address was entered correctly on Ryan Air, as if they booked the flights for you and entered them wrong you won't be able to locate your booking.
Your booking should show on Ryan Air almost immediately.
If in doubt you can always call Ryan Air and give them your details, they should be able to find your booking and re-send the confirmation but they're not the cheapest company to call :rotfl:
