I've emailed them to ask why my welcome email didn't confirm entry to the competition.Best Comp wins in 25 years of comping. I emailed them again to doubly check my entry had been received because I haven't received a confirmation email either although I entered 4 days ago & this is the reply so we can safely assume that all entries are in fact being received:

If you are an existing customer you can only enter this competition via the refer-a-friend system as per the email response below
Thank you for your email and I apologise for the difficulties you encountered with our Grenada competition online.
An existing customer would only be entered for the competition that was running at the time they registered on the website (and this would have been done automatically upon registration) so if you registered during our current campaign then you will be entered.
If you registered during a different competition campaign then you can still enter via our refer-a-friend system. On our weekly emails there will be a banner at the bottom for the competition; clicking on this link will take you to a form on our website that you can use to refer your friends to The White Company and each referral will grant you an additional entry into the competition, so the more referrals you make the more chances of winning you’ll have.
