I have a similar problem, every time computer starts up it comes up with "SmartBridge Alerts: BTHelpNotifier.exe Entry point not found", then further states "GetProcessingImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL."

Anyone know how can I get rid of it pleeeeeeeease, it's driving me mad!

Make sure system restore is turned on.. (in case it goes wrong).

Then search the c: drive for PSAPI.DLL if you have one in the smartbridge directory and one in c:\windows\system32,

then rename the one in the smartbridge directory to psapi.old, then reboot and cross your fingers.
Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time?

I had this problem a few months ago but I read on another forum that it was connected to BT Broadband Helper. This now has a fix and when I updated my BT Broadband Help it disappeared. Hope this helps.
