Hello Foxy
No idea who Kingofnowhere is. What's his opinion on property then? Not sure if you're fully aware of my posting history, but I'm actually quite bearish on property. Don't see any capital rises for probably five to ten years and, although I see stagnation as the likely medium term future for property, I would personally say that falls are more likely than rises if I had to choose.
You should be honoured, KON is a bullish poster off Motley Fool who wipes the floor with most of the bearish posters there, a pretty smart cookie

Did Foxy get banned then, or was it just that his ex was awarded custody of the internet connection?

lighten up people - people are on this site, because
1. they want property prices to rise or
2. they want property prices to fall or
3. they don't give much of a sh*t either way
there will always be 2 opposing views on MSE with regard to property prices - just be glad of the fact that 2 opposing views are allowed & not at some fourms like the HPC where if you disagree with the view prices will drop by 60000% then you get banned...!0 -

I think that there's a sizeable amount of people on this site who don't give much of a sh*t either way. I can honestly say that I don't really care all that much.0 -
