Salter 9130 Body Fat Scale

Can anyone point me to where I can download a user manual for this scale. Have found other Salter scales manuals on the net but not this one. Or can anyone give me help on how to work it. Have manged to make 2 programe memory entrys for myself & hubby details but cant work out how to actually use it for each of us . Heres hoping.

I don't know where to get a manual but I have these scales. Just put it on a flat surface and tap the top firmly with your foot. This turns the scales on and shows the basic weighing readout. Now press the USER button to access the stored profiles you have created. Each press cycles to the next profile. When you get to yours, get on the scales and wait for the scales to calculate your weight. This display then blinks with "BF" and after a short pause it will display the body fat reading.
I don't know how accurate the body fat reading is, as this type of scales only measure up one leg and down the other. Maybe playing "Twister" on it would give a more accurate reading?

Many thanks for that. Have done it now for myself, will do hubby later. Can't say I like my BF percentage though !!!. His will be a lot less, I just know that !
