I think it is the attitude of the so called advisor which is causing the problems here in which case you should calmly and politely express your concerns to someone higher up. Write to your JCP manager requesting a response within 7 days.

Quite frankly the fact that she makes you feel uncomfortable is reason enough for it to be noted on your file that you do not wish to deal with her again.

I would also mention that you are extremely concerned about how her approach might affect more vulnerable 'clients' or those less able to express themselves.

They are in reality low grade clerical staff and nothing to be frightened of

I signed my agreement but i don't stick to the three choices that are in my search criteria. I look at what transferable skills i have, i also think if there aren't any of the jobs you are currently searching for coming up then you need to also think what transferable skills you have which will help you in your job search.
