o2 home phone and calling 118500

just checked my current phone bill and 02 have billed me £2.02 for a 40 second call to 118500.

Apparantely this is classed as an international call.

Even BT only charge £1.39 for this a feel ripped off.

i called customer services who logged complaint and called me back saying charges were on website,

LOL, yes but not easy to find even the person who took my initial call said something about BT charging £1.39 a minute, we were expecting to pay less thats why we switched from BT last year.

Anyone else being charged excessive rates by o2 ? is there anythink else i can do apart from contacting phone regulator.

o2 do not make the cost of these calls easy to find on their website which i find annoying.
