Wow, this is great. Anyone know if any Scottish Sainsbury's do this?

I'm just curious though, the Tesco CC vouchers have a funny barcode which does not start with 99 or have the correct three digits at the end. Do they still scan through Sainsbury's tills or do they have to put them through manually?

I've just rung Sainsburys and nowhere in Essex accepts them. I asked about Ipswich as well but they don't either
There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Sainsbury wont take Tesco vouchers, but Tesco will take Sainsbury ones. The vouchers have to be £5 off £50 shop etc, not product ones. Friend got rid of 4 X £5 off £50 Sainsbury ones the other day, on a £60 shop.

Sainsbury sent me coupons for 200 nectar points off a £20 shop. Does anyone know if Tesco will accept these and if so how it works? Thanks

I wouldn't think they'll take them, at least I've never heard of it. :o

I phoned up and the lady said there are none in my area Cardiff at all. She said the majority of stores taking them are in scotland and near London

I phoned Sainsburys CS and also have a very nice conversation with the lady which had nothing to do with Sainsburys or Tesco clubcard vouchers!

Anyway, to add to the list of Sainsburys stores currently accepting Tesco clubcard vouchers....

Colney (May be London Colney, we're not sure, just says Colney on the list.)Chadwell Heath
    Balham
    Beckton
    Romford

She also said that this was a trial, and that some other stores had stopped taking them.
    Hope this helps someone.

    and apparently Romford.

I'm not far from Colchester either Sarah.

On another forum I visit, we've had members ring the stores mentioned above and they've been told that its not clubcard vouchers but £7 off £70 type vouchers that are accepted

If Huntingdon is definately taking clubcard vouchers I will make an almost 120mile round trip to use mine
