Payment hold ppi reclaim despite fos ruling

I disagree with Martin Lewis' article in NotW yesterday.
My daughter has had a PPI claim for £8500 which was upheld by the Ombudsman put on hold waiting for the Judicial Review which has now been concluded subject to review; we feel absolutely badly treated and unable now to obtain our rightful legally-ruled payment.
Despite the FOS ordering the Loand/PPI company to repay this sum over to my daughter this firm of sharks is still not willing to pay any of the due monies over.
I believe that this is corrupt practice and should not be allowed; but where on earth do we now go from here (without having to pay any more legal fees) to obtain the ruled payment?

Wait the 21 days to see if the banks appeal - if not she will get the money back but like everybody else she will have to wait.0

Yep. And be warned, the Court of Appeal does overturn High Court judgments. I worked on a case which we won in the High Court only to see it reversed by the Court of Appeal. Now with the Supreme Court....
It's all very frustrating how long these things can take. Slow, inefficient and as a result probably unjust. But I wouldn't say "corrupt".0
